REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to management review and approval.
Project Deposits
All projects require an initial deposit before work commences.
The deposit covers project planning, consultations, strategy development, resource allocation, scheduling, design preparation, and administrative costs.
Once a project has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Digital Marketing Services
Payments for digital marketing services, social media management, SEO, content creation, email marketing, advertising management, and campaign execution are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and similar platforms are strictly non-refundable.
iMedia Nigeria shall not be responsible for refunds relating to advertising spend already committed or utilized.
Website Design and Development
Where a website project is cancelled after commencement, iMedia Nigeria reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to completed work, development hours, design services, consultations, and resources utilized.
Completed milestones and approved deliverables are non-refundable.
Branding and Creative Services
Payments for logo design, brand identity development, graphic design, video production, photography, printing, creative concepts, marketing materials, and related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Client Delays
Where a project is delayed by the client for more than ninety (90) days due to failure to provide information, content, approvals, or feedback, iMedia Nigeria reserves the right to close the project without obligation to provide a refund.
Duplicate Payments
Refunds may be granted for:
- Duplicate payments.
- Overpayments.
- Verified billing errors.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days after approval.
Right to Reject Refund Requests
iMedia Nigeria reserves the right to reject refund requests where:
- Services have been rendered.
- Resources have been allocated.
- Creative work has commenced.
- Deliverables have been produced.
- Third-party costs have been incurred.
Acceptance
By engaging iMedia Nigeria and making payment for any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
